About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Management Specialist to join our team at National Consultants Professionals Ltd. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's identity and access management systems.

As an expert in IAM solutions, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our security protocols, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access Management:
  • Develop and enforce access controls policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provision, deprovision, and modify user access rights in line with role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Monitor access logs and resolve escalated issues related to access management.
  • System Administration:
  • Maintain and manage IAM systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Ensure integration of IAM tools with other IT systems and platforms.
  • Security Compliance and Governance:
  • Conduct regular audits to verify user access rights and address any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Incident Management:
  • Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures for recurring issues.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to automate IAM workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new IAM tools and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT security roles.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud IAM.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
