Job Overview

Mackenzie Investments, a leading diversified wealth and asset management company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our Identity and Access Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to architect and deliver IAM and PAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and workflows.
  • Work closely with IAM Engineering, Operations, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IAM and PAM solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years' experience in IAM and PAM architectures and security.
  • Extensive knowledge of IAM and PAM-related security capabilities, including provisioning, role-based access control, entitlements, segregation of duties, authentication, authorization, human and non-human credential management, access certification, logging, analytics, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk PAM, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Diverse solutioning experience in various environments, platforms, and channels, including multi-cloud, SaaS, on-prem, off-prem, mainframe, web, mobile, call center, public clients, etc.
  • Experience with protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, XACML, SCIM, FIDO2, Human Workflow with ServiceNow, NIST 800-63, and NIST 800-207 Zero Trust Framework.
  • CISSP, CISA, or other industry-recognized information security professional designation is an asset.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
