Are you a driven and results-oriented leader with a passion for fashion retail? We're seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Ardene.

About the Role

The Store Manager will work closely with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations, develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, and lead a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the District Supervisor to create and execute sales and profit plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Train and develop store team members on company standards, programs, and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, resolving conflicts and taking corrective action to drive results.
  • Recruit, retain, and motivate top talent, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Manage administrative and operational duties, ensuring seamless store operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Comply with all head office requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments, returns, and other store operations.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business acumen and people development skills.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and sales growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results-driven decision-making.
