About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our Domino's Pizza locations.

Responsibilities
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct performance reviews to motivate team members and drive results.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • E nsure health and safety regulations are followed, creating a safe working environment.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • A College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years is required.
  • MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Spreadsheet skills are essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required for this role.
  • A reliable candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills is necessary.
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask are highly valued.

Compensation
