Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eagle Global Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditure Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the organization of our workspace.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
