Job Overview

We are pleased to offer a new contract opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define business capabilities and go-forward roadmap.
  • Analyze and document user needs, translating them into requirements and user stories.
  • Impact analysis of systems, processes, procedures, and clients due to future development.
  • Create internal and external communications and user documentation.
  • Review and comment on business and technical documentation.
  • Support business roll-out of developed systems with end-to-end validation.
  • Act as an advisor and coach/mentor for Business & Systems Analysts.
Requirements
  • University degree in business or technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business and/or technology platforms or ability to learn.
  • Experience in supporting customer-facing operations is an asset.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements.
  • Skilled in test execution and outcome understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills with complex concepts.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
  • Experience with data & integration modelling.
Estimated Salary Range:$85,000-$115,000 per yearBenefits
