Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

Our Distribution Center in Longueuil is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our evening shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of the distribution center team
  • Plan and implement efficient daily operations
  • Organize the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience
  • Strong health and safety orientation
  • Experience in employee relations in a unionized environment (an asset)
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and facility upgrades
