Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at SE Health. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team to provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, and promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
