Rehabilitation Care Specialist

**Job Overview:**
At Alberta Health Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Care Specialist to join our team. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with an interprofessional team under the supervision of an audiologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, recreation therapist, or speech-language pathologist.
**Key Responsibilities:**
You will contribute to effective and efficient rehabilitation services across the healthcare continuum, providing direct and indirect client care for all ages. Your role will involve working with internal and external partners, displaying professionalism and strong ethics in client-centered care and team participation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this position, you must have a diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training. Additionally, you will need Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
