Job Description:About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive to lead our operations team, overseeing the movement of goods across various sectors, including utilities, transportation, and construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, resource allocation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs
  • Lead a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and industry events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics, or supply chain management)
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
