Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Manager to join our team at Six Star Homes Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
