Job Title: Site Remediation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the remediation of large-scale sites, ensuring efficient project execution, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for site remediation projects.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as the Project Management Dashboard (PMD), to track progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the remediation process.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
  • Identify and mitigate site-specific risks, ensuring the development of effective risk management plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, sciences, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and knowledge of safety and operations management systems (e.g., LPS, OIMS, and CIMS).
  • Decision-making capability under pressure, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
