Job Title: Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Compass Community Health. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using advanced technologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, and network security.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our information systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices and software products.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic testing equipment to ensure product quality.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) skills.
  • Experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and network security.
  • Strong understanding of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
