Job Title: Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Compass Community Health. As a Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using advanced technologies such as ABAP, Android, and Cloud.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Android development skills.
  • Experience with Cloud, DevOps, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, networking software, and networking security.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
