  • Coordinate and implement strategies to facilitate the cost-effective and timely execution of multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of work associated with project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department.

Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, completion of a 3-year community college program in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Urban Planning, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years related practical experience.
  • Progression towards a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Experience in working in a healthcare environment, major institutional, or public sector is an asset.
