Financial Transaction Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of all new financial/transactional request types.
  • Analyze and interpret trade requests to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and authorization is obtained before processing any transactions.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also handle set ups and/or modifications to existing/ongoing systematic transactions in accounts, communicate with third-party business partners as required, review daily reconciliation and data integrity reports, and assist with special projects during peak periods.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in an administrative position or Operations back-office environment.
  • High school diploma is the minimum requirement; post-secondary education or equivalent related business experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
