About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in retail systems.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
