As a member of the WSAudiology group, HearCanada is committed to providing exceptional hearing care services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Brantford, ON.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class team of hearing care professionals who share a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you will be responsible for providing standardized hearing evaluations, delivering high-quality client care, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
- Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Registrant of CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) or AHIP (Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario) in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- Excellent communication skills to establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
