Occupational Therapist

As a key member of Lifemark's interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering collaborative care to clients. Your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will enable you to assess clients' physical and cognitive functioning, creating personalized treatment plans to promote meaningful activity and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address clients' physical and cognitive limitations
  • Providing education and support to clients on topics such as safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participating in case conferences and case management to optimize client outcomes
