Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain independence.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and cognitive functioning, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on topics such as safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies. You will also support return-to-work programs, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic.

Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to be autonomous and work both independently and as part of the team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WSIB referrals is a strong asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
