Job Overview

This is a permanent position with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 CAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning and organizing construction schedules, and monitoring progress on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
  • Plan and manage budgets to stay within allocated financial resources.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
