Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a qualified and caring Nanny to join our team at Cardinal Nannies. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote cognitive and physical development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to meet the dietary needs of the children.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure seamless care and attention to the children's needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children, promoting a sense of security and well-being.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement strategies to address any behavioral or developmental concerns.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
