Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a qualified and caring Nanny to join our team at Cardinal Nannies. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote cognitive and physical development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to meet the dietary needs of children.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure seamless care and attention to children's needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment that promotes health and safety.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement strategies to promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education diploma an asset.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
