The Casino-Hotel features sophisticated table games, including 1,000 Electronic Gaming Devices and over 80 poker tables, recognized internationally as one of the world's premiere poker destinations.

A brand-new 100 room Hotel is scheduled for opening in early 2025.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Vice President with Casino experience to lead the strategic direction and implementation of the overall marketing plans and brand management of the company.

The Marketing Vice President will oversee the integration of traditional and digital advertising, direct mail, social media, public relations, and brand marketing to drive occupancy and revenue specific to the gaming and entertainment, hotel, and food & beverage sectors.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to expand market presence, enhance player engagement, and boost profitability.
  2. Lead a marketing team on projects including narrative, campaign, product, web, and branding assignments.
  3. Develop creative concepts and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  4. Collaborate with marketers, content strategists, copywriters, producers, and graphic designers to achieve concept goals.
  5. Ensure excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  6. Strong computer knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 6 years in a senior level marketing management role including experience in a Casino Marketing role.
  2. Post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, business, or public relations.
  3. Experience leading a marketing team on projects including narrative, campaign, product, web, and branding assignments.
  4. Experience developing creative concepts and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  6. Strong computer knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  7. Collaborative skills – proven experience working creatively with marketers, content strategists, copywriters, producers, and other graphic designers to achieve concept goals.
