The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting bidding teams in identifying and selecting business opportunities for major projects at WSP.
  • Reviewing and approving bids for major projects, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.
  • SUPPORTING project teams during negotiations, providing expert guidance and leading negotiations as needed.
  • Evaluating and supporting major projects' team performance and strategy from a commercial and risk perspective, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in supporting engineering projects, including opportunity selection, partnerships, bids, contract negotiations, project delivery, commercial management, change management, claims, and governance.
  • Experience in a similar role for major projects in engineering or construction.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate different spheres of a business.
