Humber River Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. As an Oncology Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cancer services.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- CNA certification in Oncology Nursing (preferred)
- 2 years recent experience in oncology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
