About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Administrator II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure systems and infrastructure to protect our clients' data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Secure Systems: Develop and implement secure systems and infrastructure to protect our clients' data and systems.
  2. Monitor and Analyze Systems Issues: Monitor and analyze systems issues and provide recommendations for all systems-supported infrastructure as part of regular operations.
  3. Provide Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts on secure systems and infrastructure.
  4. Write and Maintain Systems Documentation: Write and maintain systems documentation, including user and technical manuals, to ensure that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  5. Act as a Liaison: Act as a liaison between technical groups and stakeholders to coordinate the system's installation and ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.
  6. Prepare Documentation and Define System-Specific Dependencies: Prepare documentation and define system-specific dependencies to assist in problem analysis.
  7. Integrate Development of Best Practices: Integrate development of best practices, standards, procedures, and quality objectives across systems infrastructure or platforms.
  8. Maintain Professional Designations and Knowledge: Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.
Requirements
  1. 3 years of working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  2. 2 years of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) service management in an operational environment
  3. 2 years of Configure ELK pipelines experience
  4. 2 years of Scripting experience
  5. 2 years of Service Management experience
  6. 2 years of working knowledge of version control tools such as Git
  7. 5 years of experience in communicating and facilitating technical and non-technical discussions
  8. Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  9. 2 years of Cybersecurity experience
  10. 10 years of Professional Information Technology (IT) experience
Desired Qualifications
  1. CISSP or other cybersecurity certification
  2. ITIL certification
  3. Identity and Access Management experience
  4. System Automation using Ansible/Terraform experience
  5. Message brokers experience
  6. Data Analytics and/or Power BI experience
  7. Cloud technologies experience
  8. Network technologies experience
  9. System administration of managing operational environment with medium to large Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) infrastructure
  10. Programming experience
