We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Réseau de santé Vitalité (employés sans congé maladies). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures to assess patient respiratory function
- Operate and monitor respiratory equipment to administer treatments and therapies
- Monitor patients' vital signs during cardiopulmonary surgery and provide critical care support
- Participate in research related to cardiac and pulmonary disorders and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Certificate of Registry from the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists - R.R.T.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certificate
- Registration with the Canadian Association of Cardio-Pulmonary Technologists (CACPT)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Programs (NRP) Certificate
You will be working in a fast-paced medical clinic environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory therapy services.
