The Director of Cybersecurity Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is paid out annually. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 7% 401(k) matching.

This is a critical technical leadership role within our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong understanding of vulnerability and attack surface management techniques. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage security teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic vision for the Vulnerability and Attack Surface Management program
  • Driving all efforts necessary to ensure timely identification, analysis, and remediation of vulnerabilities across all IT assets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business capabilities, infrastructure, networking, application development, compliance, communications and other executive and non-executive leadership
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating emerging security threats, trends, and technologies for continuous analysis and improvement of the organization's vulnerability and attack surface management capabilities
  • Developing and implementing processes for continuous attack surface monitoring and reduction, ensuring the organization's exposure to threats is continuously minimized and optimally protected
