Job Title: Identity and Access Management Platform Lead

Export Development Canada (EDC) is a financial Crown corporation dedicated to helping Canadian businesses succeed in the global market. We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Lead to join our Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group.

About the Role

The IAM Platform Lead will be responsible for owning EDC's IAM platform, defining its framework, and implementing and managing it to ensure it meets the organization's performance, security, and compliance standards. This includes establishing metrics, Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Objectives (SLOs), as well as growing the platform as needed to support EDC's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and establish the IAM platform framework
  • Implement and manage the IAM platform, including establishing metrics and SLIs
  • Grow the platform as needed to support EDC's business objectives
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the operating system infrastructure
  • Collaborate with architects, technical product leads, product owners, scrum masters, engineers, and business people
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience working with Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems, Microsoft AD, Azure AD (Entra ID), PKI
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in an outsourced environment
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology regarding platforms, products, and services
  • Experience with managing Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Domain Controllers
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including managing, configuring, and monitoring
  • Experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management capabilities
Assets
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Any Associate
  • Experience governing IT vendor relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Azure B2C, Microsoft SCCM, and Azure Monitor
  • Experience with Venafi or AppViewX Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI+
  • ITIL certification
  • Agile or Lean certification
