We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sensor and tactical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough Training Task Analyses to define training requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement training curricula, lesson plans, and supporting materials.
- Support the definition of design requirements for training simulators and shipboard Set To Work procedures.
- Perform Verification and Validation activities, including test plan development and execution.
- Experience as an instructor at a Naval school or in the development and delivery of operations and maintenance training in a military context.
- Strong experience in ship operations, maintenance, and modification, as well as familiarity with Naval operations and support.
- Familiarity with systems-based training development and the Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).
- Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment.
