About the RoleAs a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client payroll, providing critical statutory information, and resolving complex issues. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client payroll, including scheduling, running, and balancing payrolls
- Provide expert guidance on payroll practices and tax considerations
- Resolve complex issues and provide feedback on products, processes, and procedures
- Maintain NPI designation and attend required training sessions
- Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll processing experience
- Minimum 5 years client service experience
- Advanced internet and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
