Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B D Cannabis Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, assigning duties and tasks as needed.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
