Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B D Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and tasks as needed.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service to customers.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Determine staffing requirements and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or convenience store environment, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
