Job Title: Occupational Therapist

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with mental health issues, including trauma and mood disorders. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote client recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, including case management and advocacy
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered care plans
  • Participate in weekly clinical rounds and peer consultation
  • Contribute to quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario required
  • Recent clinical experience working with mental health populations required
  • Experience working with clients with PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, addictions, and eating disorders an asset
