  • Clean and sanitize essential items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean environment.
  • Ensure tables, trays, and chairs are clean and clear for customer use.
  • Store dishes in designated areas for efficient use.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Pack and prepare take-out food for our customers.
  • Portion and wrap food items for customer convenience.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Take customer orders with a smile and attention to detail.
  • Utilize manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products with care.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas for easy access.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean environment.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain a clean environment.
  • Prepare and cut vegetables and fruit for customer use.Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and teamwork are essential.
  • Handle heavy loads as part of your daily tasks.
  • Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing for extended periods.
