About Digital Health Canada

Digital Health Canada is a Canadian not-for-profit association with over 7,000 members across the country. Their members are a diverse community of accomplished, influential professionals working to advance healthcare through information technology. The association fosters network growth and connection, brings together ideas from multiple segments for incubation and advocacy, supports members through professional development at the individual and organizational levels, and advocates for the Canadian digital health industry.

As the public face of Digital Health Canada, the Chief Executive Officer will immerse themselves in the Canadian digital health community as a relationship builder with innovative ideas and a growth mindset. The CEO is responsible for identifying and nurturing partnerships with public and private sector organizations, advocating for the digital health industry, and overseeing and leading Digital Health Canada's fully remote management team, staff, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight, guidance, and a focus on association growth and sustainability
  • Identify and nurture partnerships with public and private sector organizations
  • Advocate for the digital health industry
  • Oversee and lead Digital Health Canada's fully remote management team, staff, and contractors

Requirements

  • Background in information technology, health, business administration, or a related field
  • 10 years of leadership experience in an association or similar environment
  • Deep understanding of the market and industry landscape
