Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail business at GameStop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and train new staff members
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all staff and customers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
