About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at Terrence M. Romanow. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with various tasks related to real estate law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including preparing documents and managing files
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents to support lawyers
  • Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings, and assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions
  • Draft legal correspondence and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
