Job Summary

ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise-level network infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our technological systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
  • Architect, implement, and maintain a network infrastructure to provide high reliability network access for core business operations
  • Maintain enterprise-level computer hardware and software and programs, including email, internet, intranet, and related cyber security, firewall, and anti-virus strategies
  • Maintain and support user-level computer hardware and software programs
  • Interface with 3rd party providers for configuration and maintenance of domain IP, hosting, certificates, and other internet-related aspects of the ERLPhase web presence
  • Develop and implement suitable hardware, software, and data back-up/redundancy strategies to facilitate corporate and user-level disaster recovery
  • Work closely with management and department heads regarding system requirements, specifications, costs, timelines, and asset control
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems and solutions with a focus on enterprise-level network administration, architecture, installation, and support
  • Ability to maintain computer hardware and software systems, programs, and infrastructures in support of business operations, including e-mail, internet, intranet, dedicated servers, and all related security and accessibility aspects
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results with satisfactory results
  • Negative drug test result(s)
  • Ability to work independently or closely with others with a customer service level communication approach
  • Very strong computer and business software skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and a 'get it done, can do' attitude
