Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at S&B Landscaping and Fencing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and planting
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for projects
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
  • English language proficiency
