Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at the Best Western Cranbrook Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure rooms are clean and tidy, including making beds, changing sheets, and restocking linens
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Vacuum and clean floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guests' requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain linen closets and other storage areas
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
