Key Responsibilities
  • Execute test cases and log results
  • Identify and document defects using bug tracking systems
  • Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test case coverage
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining the traceability matrix
  • Create and maintain a regression test suite for each production cycle
  • Identify and effectively utilize relevant testing tools during test execution
  • Assist in end-to-end testing of software applications
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of software changes and update test cases accordingly
Requirements
  • Proficiency in executing test cases and reporting results
  • Experience with bug tracking systems for documenting defects
  • Ability to read and understand BRDs and translate requirements into test cases
  • Knowledge of maintaining traceability matrices
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining regression test suites
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and their effective application
  • Experience with end-to-end software testing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to update test cases in line with software changes
  • Good communication and documentation skills
Benefits
  • Work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team
  • Work hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week
