Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise food service staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that all food and beverage products are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
