Overview:

Fulfill the needs of our customers as a part-time Logistics Delivery Associate, delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry-leading vending program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
  • Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
  • Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
  • Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older due to the nature of work
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 pounds and up to 75 pounds

About the Role:

This role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries to performing replenishments and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience. Fastenal offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
