About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at GV Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the organization's strategic objectives
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the leadership team and board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
    • Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of financial leadership and management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
