Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Strategic Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Elite Home Store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a senior financial leadership role
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business outcomes
