Technical Support Specialist

TelcoBridges Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of carrier-grade telecommunications hardware and software, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide technical assistance to customers worldwide relating to the use of TelcoBridges' products, developing strong technical background and communication skills. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online training sessions
- Identify and diagnose technical issues related to TelcoBridges' products and develop effective solutions
- Work closely with the R&D team to document technical issues and share knowledge
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications preferred
- Knowledge of Telecom, SBC, and VoIP technologies
- Hands-on experience with Linux and networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications and experience
