Senior Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at First West Credit Union. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of members by offering a full range of investment, deposit, and complex lending services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify member life stage cycles and provide solutions to financial needs, and/or refer members to an appropriate advisor.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of members through proactive regular contact, ensuring current and future needs are identified and met.
  • Provide financial advice to members or refer to appropriate advisors.
  • Mentor other branch employees in the understanding of lending and investment products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in retail lending and investment products and services.
Requirements:
  • Mutual Funds License required.
  • Proficient in computer software, e.g., Microsoft Office and banking software programs.
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by adhering to policies and procedures.
