Trucking Company Operations Manager

Alberta Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our trucking company to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of our transportation services.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place to meet our organizational objectives.
- Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Language: English
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
